Unfortunately, the FMC connector is the only variable Vccio IO options... though Digilent did an excellent job on both boards. I've use a number of FMC mezzanine cards on both platforms with excellent results. I haven't tried doing any wide LVDS busses on either board but Digilent will provide PCB trace length reports for both boards if you ask.
